Please note that the Moocall sensor does not contain GPS, so it cannot be tracked through the app or remotely.
However, most sensors are usually found by searching the area carefully.
Tips for Finding a Lost Sensor
1. Check the Area Where the Cow Was Located
2. Look for the LED Light at Night
3. Use a Metal Detector
4. Search With a Dog
If the Sensor Cannot Be Found
It is very rare that a Moocall sensor cannot be located.
However, if you are unable to recover your device, please contact Moocall Support. In many cases we can offer a replacement sensor at a significantly reduced price.
