When Your Moocall sensor reaches 15% battery life it will send you a reminder that you will need to charge it soon. Here are the steps to follow when charging your Moocall:
Remove the charge cap (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=awVGammXFR4)
Plug your Moocall into your Moocall charger (note you do not need to power your Moocall on or off to charge)
The light will settle on a constant blue colour while charging
If your Moocall is completing a software update there will be an intermittent red flash through the blue light
When fully charged the light will change to constant green
After charging, plug out your Moocall. If you need to use it again you will need to power it on by holding down the button for 4 seconds
If when you plug in your Moocall the correct light does not appear you can try using a different charger (a universal cable or Samsung charger).
