How to use the shortcuts in Moocall Breedmanager app

Rather than going out of the smart list, searching for the animal, and inputting the device, there is a fast way to move your herd through their lists.
The Moocall Breedmanager app puts breeding cows and heifers into four lists - In Calf, Cycling, In Heat and Inseminated.
When you swipe left and right on a cow or heifer in these lists, you can make an event happen, which can move them to another part of the list.
Here's what happens when you swipe in each list.

In Calf
In the Cows in-calf list, you are shown all of your cows and heifers in calf.
The shortcuts in this list are as follows:

  • Swipe right to add Sensor: the Moocall calving sensor is compatible with the Breedmanager app. If you have already registered your app with the device, the MC number will show up in a drop down menu.

  • Swipe left to add Calving: Naturally enough, that removes your cow/heifer from the In-Calf list and you can enter details of the calving.

Cycling
In the Cycling list, you are shown all of your cows and heifers that are cycling.
The shortcuts in this list are as follows:

  • Swipe right to mark a Heat Detected: This will move the cow/heifer out of the cycling list and into the 'In Heat' list. You can add the date and time the heat was observed as well.

  • Swipe left to mark an Insemination. This will move the cow into the Insemination list. You can add details of the Bull or AI there.

In Heat
In the In-Heat list, you are shown all of your cows and heifers that are In-Heat.
The shortcuts in this list are as follows:

  • Swipe right and left to mark as inseminated. There's not much else for it here.

Inseminated

In the Inseminated list, you are shown all of your cows and heifers that have been inseminated.
The shortcuts in this list are as follows:

  • Swipe right to mark a Heat Detected: This will move the cow/heifer into the 'In Heat' list. You can add the date and time the heat was observed as well.

  • Swipe left to Assume in calf and move them into that list.
