If the little green pins on your device, AKA the grommets, have broken you have a few options: 

  1. Send your device into the below address for repair:

    Ireland 

  2. If you are in the middle of calving we advise that you glue the rubber cushion to the back plate of the sensor until you have a break. You can then send it into us for a full rehousing.

  3. Contact us for replacement grommets to tide you over until you can send your sensor in for repair.
