When Your Moocall sensor reaches 15% battery life it will send you a reminder that you will need to charge it soon. Here are the steps to follow when charging your Moocall:
- Remove the charge cap (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=awVGammXFR4)
- Plug your Moocall into your Moocall charger (note you do not need to power your Moocall on or off to charge)
- The light will settle on a constant blue colour while charging
- If your Moocall is completing a software update there will be an intermittent red flash through the blue light
- When fully charged the light will change to constant green
- After charging, plug out your Moocall. If you need to use it again you will need to power it on by holding down the button for 4 seconds
If when you plug in your Moocall the correct light does not appear you can try using a different charger (a universal cable or Samsung charger).
