Follow the following steps: 

  1. Make sure you have in-app notifications turned on and Moocall Moo alarm tone selected

2. Make sure after downloading the app you allow all app permissions requested.

3. Go into Settings on the phone.

4. Go to Battery.

5. Go to Launcher or Battery Optimisation.

6. Select the Moocall App from the list.

7. Select to Manage Manually or Don't Optimise.

8. Select Okay or Save.
