You can use the Moocall Breedmanager app to add or update the phone numbers that receive SMS alerts from your calving sensor.
NOTE: DO NOT CONNECT A LANDLINE NUMBER TO YOUR MOOCALL - ONLY ADD A NUMBER BELONGING TO A PHONE WHICH CAN RECEIVE SMS TEXTS.
Before You Start
Make sure you have selected the correct sensor in the app.
You can confirm this by checking the MC number at the top of the device page.
(The MC number can be found on the back of your Moocall sensor.)
How to Add a Phone Number
Steps
Go to Menu
Select MyMoocall
Make sure the correct sensor (MC number) is selected
Tap Add Phone (bottom right of the screen)
Enter your name and phone number
Tap Save (top right corner)
How to Activate a Phone Number
Each sensor can have up to 2 active phone numbers at a time.
Active numbers are shown with a green tick.
Steps
If two numbers are already active, tap the green tick beside one number to deactivate it (it will turn white)
Tap the white circle beside the new number
The circle will turn green, indicating the number is now active
Important- If your number is added but not active (no green tick), you will not receive alerts.
