The Moocall HEAT system comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of activation. An extended warranty option will be available for the second year.

Manufacturing faults
Device defects under normal use

What Is Not Covered?
The warranty does not cover:
Spare parts
Damage caused by misuse
Loss of the device
Damage due to neglect or improper handling
