Is the Moocall HEAT System Covered by a Warranty?

The Moocall HEAT system comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of activation. An extended warranty option will be available for the second year.


What Does the Warranty Cover?

The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing faults

  • Device defects under normal use

How to Check Your Warranty Status

You can check if your device is still under warranty:

  • In the Moocall app, or

  • On mymoocall.com

What Is Not Covered?

The warranty does not cover:

  • Spare parts

  • Damage caused by misuse

  • Loss of the device

  • Damage due to neglect or improper handling
