The best bet to stop your app from crashing is to update the app to the newest version.
On iOS you can do this by visiting the App Store, pressing updates and scrolling until you find Moocall. Tap update if one is available
If you're using an Android device, open the Play Store. Touch the Menu icon, which looks like three horizontal bars stacked on top of each other.
From that menu, tap my apps. Locate the Moocall app, and tap update if one is available.
If you're updated to the newest version of the Moocall app and problems persist, update the device you're using if it isn't on the newest available software.
