If a part of your Moocall HEAT collar becomes worn or damaged, some components can be replaced by the user, while others require repair by the Moocall team.
Parts You Can Replace Yourself
Depending on the type of issue, you may be able to replace:
Buckle
Shoulder pad & Strap pad (except model BCA)
Some external rubber components

Parts That Require Repair by Moocall
Some components cannot be repaired or replaced by the user and must be returned to Moocall, such as:
Internal parts
Structural components of the collar
Middle rubber
What Should I Do?
If your collar is damaged:
Contact the Moocall support team
Provide a brief description (or photo if possible)
We will advise whether:
A replacement part can be purchased, or
The device needs to be returned for repair
IMPORTANT: Warranty doesn't cover spare parts
