If your Moocall Breedmanager app is crashing or closing suddenly, this is usually related to the app version or your phone software.
Step 1: Update the App
Make sure you are using the latest version of the Moocall app.
iPhone / iPad (iOS)
Open the App Store
Tap Updates
Find the Moocall app
Tap Update (if available)
Android
Open the Google Play Store
Tap the menu icon
Select My apps & games
Find the Moocall app
Tap Update (if available)
Step 2: Update Your Phone
If your app is up to date but still crashing, check that your phone is running the latest software version.
Go to Settings β Software Update
Install any available updates
Step 3: Reinstall the App
If the issue continues:
Uninstall the Moocall app
Reinstall it from the App Store / Play Store
Log back in and allow all permissions
Important
App crashes do not affect the sensor itself.
Your device will continue to function and send SMS alerts as normal.
