My App Keeps Crashing

What to do if the Moocall app closes or crashes unexpectedly

If your Moocall Breedmanager app is crashing or closing suddenly, this is usually related to the app version or your phone software.


Step 1: Update the App

Make sure you are using the latest version of the Moocall app.

iPhone / iPad (iOS)

  1. Open the App Store

  2. Tap Updates

  3. Find the Moocall app

  4. Tap Update (if available)

Android

  1. Open the Google Play Store

  2. Tap the menu icon

  3. Select My apps & games

  4. Find the Moocall app

  5. Tap Update (if available)


Step 2: Update Your Phone

If your app is up to date but still crashing, check that your phone is running the latest software version.

  • Go to Settings β†’ Software Update

  • Install any available updates


Step 3: Reinstall the App

If the issue continues:

  1. Uninstall the Moocall app

  2. Reinstall it from the App Store / Play Store

  3. Log back in and allow all permissions

Important

App crashes do not affect the sensor itself.
Your device will continue to function and send SMS alerts as normal.
