What Does the Moocall App Tell Me About My Sensor?

Understanding the “MyMoocall” section in the Breedmanager app

The Moocall Breedmanager app provides detailed information about your calving sensor through the MyMoocall section.

Once your sensor is connected, all device-related data can be found in this option.


Where to Find The Information of My Sensor

  1. Open the app

  2. Go to Menu

  3. Select MyMoocall

Depending on your device, you will see the sections in different places:

  • iPhone: sections are shown at the bottom of the screen

  • Android: sections are shown at the top of the screen

The sections are:

  • Devices

  • Notifications

  • Phones


Devices

The Devices section shows key information about your sensor.

What the Icons Mean

At the top of the screen, you will see:

  • MC Number (MC + 1 letter and numbers)
    → This is your unique sensor ID

  • Green / Orange circle
    → Indicates if the device is active or inactive

  • Chip icon
    → Shows the software version

  • Grey bar
    → Displays the battery level

Device Information

Below this, you will see:

  • The name of your device

  • Whether the device is in service

  • The warranty expiry date

  • The service (subscription) expiry date


Notifications

The Notifications section shows all alerts sent by your sensor.

You can view:

  • High activity alerts

  • Other system notifications

  • Each alert with its date and time


Phones

The Phones section shows which phone numbers are connected to your sensor.

Here you can add or modify phone numbers

Each sensor can send SMS alerts to up to 2 phone numbers at a time.

To add a new number, tap the Add Phone button at the bottom right of the screen.

Tip: Regularly checking the MyMoocall section helps ensure your sensor is:

  • Connected

  • In service

  • Sending alerts to the correct phone numbers
