How Do I Remove or Delete an Animal in the Moocall App?

Managing animals that leave your herd

When an animal leaves your herd, you can either:

  • Record the reason (recommended), or

  • Delete the animal completely from the app

Option 1: Record That an Animal Has Left the Herd

This is the recommended option, as it keeps a record of the animal in your herd history.

Steps

  1. Find and open the animal’s profile

  2. Tap ADD OTHER

  3. Select the reason the animal has left the herd:

  • Slaughtered

  • Deceased

  • Sold

Option 2: Delete an Animal from the App

If you prefer to remove the animal completely from the app:

Steps

  1. Open the animal’s profile

  2. Tap the Edit icon (top right corner)

  3. Tap the bin icon (top right corner)

  4. Confirm deletion

Important

Deleting an animal will remove it completely from your records.

If you want to keep a history of the animal, we recommend using “Add Other” instead.

Please note that animals cannot be deleted in batches — they must be removed one by one.
