The Moocall App Won’t Open

What to do if the Breedmanager app will not launch

If the Moocall Breedmanager app refuses to open or keeps crashing when you try to launch it, the issue can usually be resolved by reinstalling the app.

Please follow the steps below depending on your device.


Android – Reinstalling the App

  1. Open the Google Play Store

  2. Search for Moocall Breedmanager

  3. Tap Uninstall

  4. Once finished, Select Install

iPhone – Reinstalling the App

  1. Open the App Store

  2. Search for Moocall Breedmanager

  3. Tap Uninstall

  4. Once finished, Select Install

Important

Reinstalling the app will not delete your herd data, as all information is securely stored in your Moocall account.

Simply log back in after reinstalling the app.

If the Problem Continues

If the app still does not open after reinstalling, please contact the Moocall support team.
