How Do I Reconnect or Reactivate My Moocall Sensor?

If you would like to reconnect or reactivate a Moocall sensor (for example after a renewal expiry, long period of inactivity, or if the device was purchased second-hand), our support team can assist you.


Before Contacting Support

Please check the following first:

1. Charge the sensor

If the device has not been used for a long time, the battery may be completely empty.

Charge the sensor for at least 1 hour before trying to power it on.

Make sure that a solid blue light appears while the device is charging.

2. Power on the sensor

Press and hold the button for 5 seconds.

Once powered on, the device should start flashing multiple colours, which indicates that the sensor is trying to connect to the network.

If the service is not currently active, the device may continue flashing multiple colours. This is normal.

At this stage, we only want to confirm that the sensor powers on correctly and that the button is working, so there is no need to worry if it does not settle on a flashing blue light yet.


Contact Support

To reconnect or reactivate your sensor, please contact the Moocall support team and provide:

  • The MC code from the device

  • The email address you would like to use for the account

This will allow us to locate the device and help you reconnect it.
