How to renew your Moocall sensor subscription

Your Moocall sensor requires an annual service renewal to continue sending alerts.

The renewal is due 12 months after activation.

You will normally receive a reminder around 4 weeks before the renewal date.


Renew in the Moocall App

You can renew your subscription directly in the Moocall App.

  1. Open the Moocall App

  2. Go to My Moocall

  3. Select your device

  4. Select PAY SERVICE CHARGE

Follow the instructions to complete the renewal.

  • Your MC number (from the sensor)

  • Your email address
