The subscription is due 12 months after the sensor is activated. If you wish to continue using your Moocall sensor for another year, the annual charge must be renewed.
You will normally receive a renewal reminder approximately 4 weeks before the due date.
What Does the Annual Service Include?
The annual subscription covers:
12 months of service
Unlimited SMS notifications
Software updates
Full customer support from the Moocall team
There is also an option to extend your warranty for an additional 12 months when renewing only for the second year of your sensor.

€160 – Annual service + extended warranty (€135 service + €25 warranty)
United Kingdom
£120 – Service renewal
£140 – Service renewal + extended warranty
United States
$150 – Service renewal
$180 – Service renewal + extended warranty
If you own multiple sensors, a 10% discount applies to additional units.
