If you are unable to turn your Moocall sensor on or off, there may be an issue with the power button.

A faulty button usually shows the following signs:

  • You cannot feel or hear the usual “click” when pressing the button

  • The sensor does not respond when the button is pressed

  • You may hear a rattling sound inside the device when it is shaken

These signs may indicate that the internal button mechanism has become damaged.

What Should I Do?

Your options depend on whether the sensor is currently powered on or powered off.

If the Sensor Is Powered Off

If the sensor is already powered off and the button is not working, the device cannot be turned on again.

In this case, the sensor will need to be sent to Moocall for repair.

If the Sensor Is Still Powered On

If the sensor is still powered on, you may continue using it temporarily.

However, please note:

⚠️ Charging the sensor will automatically power it off.

If the button is broken, you will not be able to turn it back on again after charging.

For this reason, we recommend sending the sensor for repair once you have a break in calving or when the battery runs low.
