Your Moocall sensor has a rechargeable battery. When the battery level reaches approximately 15%, the system will send you a notification reminding you to charge the device.
Step 1: Remove the Charge Cap
Remove the red rubber cover from the charging area.
Using a flathead screwdriver, gently press the small niche with dots to release the charge cap.
⚠️ Important: The charge cap should only be removed when the device is being charged.
Step 2: Connect the Charger
Insert the charging cable into the charging port of the sensor.
You do not need to turn the sensor on or off before charging.
⚠️ Do not force the USB cable into the charging port. If the charging port becomes damaged, it cannot be repaired.
Step 3: Check the Charging Light
While the sensor is charging, the LED light will show its status:
Solid blue light → The sensor is currently charging
Intermittent red flash during blue light → The device is installing a software update while charging
Solid green light → The battery is fully charged
Step 4: After Charging
Once the light turns solid green, the sensor is fully charged.
Disconnect the charger.
Replace the charge cap.
Refit the red rubber cover securely.
If you plan to use the sensor again, turn it on by holding the button for approximately 4–5 seconds.
⚠️ It is very important to put the charge cap back on the sensor after charging. The charge cap protects the internal electronics from water ingress. If water enters the device because the charge cap was not replaced correctly, this type of damage is not covered under warranty.
If the Sensor Does Not Show the Correct Charging Light
If the expected charging light does not appear:
Try using a different USB charger or cable (for example a universal or Samsung charger).
Check that the charging port is clean and dry.
Ensure the charging cable is fully inserted.
