How Do I Register My Moocall Calving Sensor?

Before using your Moocall Calving Sensor, the device must be registered and activated to your account.

Information You Will Need

During registration you will be asked to enter the following information:

  • Name

  • Address

  • Mobile phone numbers (up to 2 numbers)

  • Email address

When entering your phone number, remember to select your country code.

You will also need the information from your sensor:

  • MC code: located on a white label under the red rubber on the sensor. It contains 3 letters and 6 numbers (Example: MCH123456, MCI654321).

  • IMEI last 4 digits: located beside the MC code under the red rubber.

Important: Always take the MC code from the device itself, not from the box, as sensors and packaging may sometimes get mixed up in retail stores.

Creating Your Account

During registration you will be asked to create a password.

This password will be used for:

  • The Moocall Mobile App

  • The MyMoocall Dashboard

If You Already Have a Moocall Account

If you have already created a Moocall account, you can simply log in with your existing username and password and add the new sensor to your account.
